Further Info
Building Sizes: All sizes are approximate, based on external measurements (unless stated otherwise). Please allow for any overhangs when choosing the size of your building such as the roof overhang as this is not included in the measurements. Also, allow the space required for installation and maintenance. We strongly advise you check internal and external sizes if buying a building for a specific purpose and the sizing is crucial. Depending on the size and location for some buildings planning permission can be required. If you are unsure please check with your local council.
Size W x D x H: The Front Width (normally the long side) x Depth (the sloping ends) x Height (to the top of the roof) in metres. Non-standard sizes are available.
Windows: Quantity of windows, which can depend on the position of the door. For example, on a Suffolk 10×6 style 3, there would be three windows in the Front Width, but in a Suffolk 10×6 style 2, there would only be room for two windows in the Front Width, as the door takes the place of one of the windows.
Door W x H: Width x Height of the door in millimetres. Please note the door gap is slightly smaller than the door itself.
